Getting our customers or their goods to their destination on time is one of SBB’s top aims. The figures below on train punctuality and connection punctuality in passenger services, as well as those on consignment punctuality in freight services, give an up-to-date, transparent and comprehensible representation of our services in this respect. We also make a distinction between long-distance services and regional services for train punctuality.
